Netezza Performance Server Uses Informatica PowerCenter to Deliver Extraction and Load Times 10 to 100 Times Faster Than Traditional Systems
Framingham, Mass.—June 30, 2003—Netezza Corporation today announced a partnership with Informatica Corporation (Nasdaq: INFA), the leading provider of business analytics software. Netezza has joined Informatica’s partner program as a Developer Partner, enabling them to integrate the Netezza Performance Server™ (NPS™) with the Informatica data integration platform, PowerCenter.
Netezza will integrate the NPS appliance with PowerCenter 6 to deliver data extraction and load times that are 10 to 100 times faster than traditional systems. Informatica PowerCenter enables users to easily load data from disparate sources into the NPS appliance to create data warehouses that support strategic business initiatives.
